The Rally in the Valley Event for the 2025-2026 school year will be on Saturday, November 1st at 6:00 p.m. at the Horizons Conference Center (please see attached flier). Also, the Swan Valley Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place for the 2nd year in a row as a part of the Rally with the ceremony beginning at 7:00 p.m. and dinner to follow. 9 of Swan Valley’s individual state champions will be inducted!
The deadline to purchase tickets to the Rally is Friday, October 24th. Tickets can be purchased in the Swan Valley Middle and High School Offices or via Venmo: @swanvalley-athleticassociation. "Masquerade Formal" is the optional dress theme.

Please note, Frankenmuth Auto Fest https://frankenmuthautofest.net/ will shut down Main Street tonight from 4-10 pm from Genesee Street to Jefferson Street. Use the city map in the link for more driving details. Avoid the intersection of Main and Genesee by using alternative routes through the neighborhood north of Frankenmuth High School.

Remember to have your student to the stop a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time as the route may be running early or a bit behind as the everyone acclimates to the new routes.
All students continue to receive free breakfast and lunch through September 30th.

Swan Valley High School Open Weight Room Hours (6th-12th Grade)...
It is with much excitement to announce that the Swan Valley Athletic Department will continue its open weight room hours for students in 6th-12th grade, Monday - Thursday, 2:30-7:30 p.m. Craig Monahan will serve as the Sub Weight Room Supervisor for the first couple months of the school year until the end of October.
The first day of open weight room hours will be on Tuesday, August 26th. For those who are new to strength and conditioning, the supervisor on duty will demonstrate the appropriate skills and techniques to be used by the students as well as proper weightlifting safety. All new users will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before participating. Waivers are available upon request by asking the supervisor on duty.

(AUGUST 6TH, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.)
This is another reminder about the Covenant Sports Physical Clinic on Wednesday, August 6th from 9 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for any incoming 6th-12th grade Swan Valley students. The sports physicals will take place in the Swan Valley High School Cafeteria and adjacent locker rooms. Cost is $30 per physical and can be paid by cash or check at the registration table just inside the main entrance of the high school. Checks can be made out to Swan Valley Athletics.
A legal parent / guardian will need to fully complete the medical history, emergency, pre-participation, consent, and insurance information on the form with required signatures. NO PHYSICALS WILL BE PERFORMED BY COVENANT UNLESS THEY ARE FULLY COMPLETED. Parents are welcome to wait in the cafeteria while their child has their physical done.
As a reminder, all middle and high school students will need to have a valid sports physical (on or after April 15, 2025) on file in the athletic or middle school office by their first day of practice for school sports. High school fall sports begin on Monday, August 11th and middle school fall sports on Monday, August 18th.
Parents are welcome to download and print the MHSAA Physical Form at the following link or fill out a blank copy at the registration table the day of the walk-in clinic.
