Chief Science Officers had a STEMazing time at Covenant yesterday!! We toured the hospital, investigating numerous healthcare careers with hands on learning! The second half of the day was spent working in the impressive simulation labs! We can’t wait to share what we learned with classmates this year! 👩⚕️ 👨⚕️ 🩻

Throwback Thursday: Rocking out at a middle school dance from the 2010's!

It was Puddles of fun during Week 1 of SVMS Quicksand Volleyball 🏐 Only the Michigan Wolverines remains undefeated after 6 games with a team comprised of Hadley Wagner, Olivia Horwath, Chloe Stephens, Nolan Erlenbeck , and Emmy Breathauer.
The surprise team is the Ohio State Buckeyes who are young in age, but fierce in the sand!

Swan Valley Middle School is offering 2 new opportunities to assist students in completing their normal assignments, catch up on missing work and receive routine assistance with classwork.
The first is Virtual STAR.
Students must sign up prior to the end of the school day (2:30) by clicking the following link:

Two teachers will be available to assist students with homework and questions. Students may join and leave the Zoom session as necessary. Students must use their school iPad / user name to join the Zoom session and will be admitted to the Zoom session by the teacher when available, so please be patient in the waiting room. Students must also introduce themselves in the chat and have their camera on in order to receive help.
The second is a new service we are calling "The SVMS Internet Cafe"
We will be offering students the opportunity to work at school under the supervision of our classroom aides. Students will work synchronously in the cafeteria on their normal classes.
Details of The Cafe
1 session per day (7:30 - 12:20)
Monday - Friday, according to the school calendar
Students will need to pre-register for each day sessions

Our Youth Skills Sessions are back tonight! In the back gym, 5:30-6:30. Come join us for some fun and learning how to play basketball. For any girls 4,5,6 grades. Contact Coach Luplow if you have any questions.
