Thanks to all of our S.V.M.S.parents for the generous donations of wrapped Halloween candy to help our art classes fill nearly 160 decorated treat bags for the children at the Underground Railroad Shelter here in Saginaw. The 8th grade girl’s basketball team defeated Alma 56-15. The lady Vikes were locked in all game with even a Sports Center worthy highlight by Maeva Sobol to Ryelle Thompson. Other girls that had great games were Kendall “the magnet” Palmer and Addy Ball.

SV 7th grade girls beat Frankenmuth and Alma this week. The team was led by Howe’s scoring, Milly Garcia’s defense and Quellet’s all around play. The team finished the year 10-2!

The 7th Grade Lady Viking basketball team improved to 8-2 on the season after wins over Bay City John Glenn and Hemlock. The team was led defensively by Valicia Ramirez and Kennedy Felsing. Offensively, Gabby Katz and Grace Ittner contributed to propel the Vikings to victory.
