Swan Valley VikeTalks is back with another Health and Wellness opportunity!
"Text Neck and Neck Pain: The Posture Connection"
This presentation will center around the aches and pains that come along with working on computers and devices and helpful strategies for better daily movement, improved posture and reduced pain!
Anyone who spends extended time on technology throughout the day will definitely benefit from this!
Join us on May 12th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Lecture Hall at Swan Valley High School for this free information session courtesy of Renew Physical Therapy and Dr. Kimberly Barcalow!
Our resident Therapy Dog Riggs will be in attendance along with our Early Warning Systems Specialist Taylor Whelton to provide additional helpful resources for parents and students!

Mark your calendars for our First Annual Swan Valley Fine Arts Showcase on Monday May 11th between 6 pm and 8 pm at the Swan Valley Performing Arts Center!
This Showcase will feature work from Elementary, Middle School and High School artists as well as pieces created in our Woods and Metals classes. You will have a chance to talk directly to the artists about their amazing pieces!
We will be playing recordings of music in the Foyer from our fabulous Swan Valley Bands and there will also be delicious desserts created by our Baking Class students thanks to Mrs. Ball!
It is a true collection of so many different talents and we can't wait to have you all experience what these Vikings have to offer!
This event is open to the community and admission will be free,.
We will have popcorn available for donations-these donations will go toward supplies for our Fine Arts classes next year!
