Swan Valley Parents / Guardians, starting Saturday, August 1st, you may register your child online for fall sports using FamilyID at the following link: https://www.familyid.com/organizations/swan-valley-school-district/.

A STUDENT SHALL NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY PRACTICE SESSION OR CONTEST UNTIL THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE MHSAA ANNUAL SPORTSHEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE OR SPORTS PHYSICAL HAS BEEN HANDED IN TO THE COACH OR ATHLETIC OFFICE. THE FAMILY HEALTH HISTORY AND HEALTH/MEDICAL QUESTIONS ASKED IN THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS THROUGH FAMILYID WILL SERVE AS THE REQUIRED MHSAA SPORTS HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE.

The MHSAA pre-participation sports physical requirement will be waived this school year for students in any grade who received a valid physical for sports during the 2019-20 school year (one completed on or after April 15, 2019). However, the Sports Health Questionnaire will still need to be completed.
You may also use FamilyID to pay the sports registration fee. AT THIS TIME, ONLINE PAYMENT FOR THE SPORTS REGISTRATION FEE WILL OPEN AT A LATER DATE...TO BE ANNOUNCED. THE FEE SHOULD BE PAID BEFORE THE ATHLETE PARTICIPATES IN ANY CONTESTS. ONCE REGISTERED, FAMILIES MAY LOG BACK INTO FAMILYID TO MAKE AN ELECTRONIC PAYMENT USING PAYPAL.

Swan Valley School District Families,
As a follow up to last Friday's communication regarding our Return to Learn Plan, the Zoom meeting to share more details will be held Wednesday, July 22nd @ 5:00 p.m.

We are limited to 100 participants, so the first 100 will be allowed into the meeting. However, we will be recording the meeting and hope to provide it for families no later than Thursday morning.

All participants will be muted and placed in the waiting room until the meeting begins. District administration will review a powerpoint highlighting the plan and there will be an opportunity for Q & A at the end.
