The Swan Valley Cross Country team had a great showing Friday night at the Under the Lights Meet @ St. John’s. The boys team ran strong, finishing 2nd place overall with four medalists in the top 25: • Murphy Wagner – 2nd place • Spencer Dammann – 8th place • Jaden Rodriguez – 13th place • Logan Selasky – 25th place The improvement from the first meet on August 15th to this race was outstanding. Nearly every runner cut significant time, showing how much stronger and sharper the team is becoming after just one week of work. On the girls’ side, the team also battled hard with Aubrey Hare leading the way in 16th place. Several of the girls had big improvements from the first meet as well, showing great progress and teamwork. Overall, it was a night filled with grit, determination, and fast times under the lights. The Vikings are off to a strong start to their season and continue to build momentum each race.

🔥💪 RECORD. SHATTERED. 💪🔥

Swan Valley, let’s hear it for MIKEY GERARD who just made HISTORY this week by breaking the school squat record with an incredible 570 pounds! 🏋️‍♂️💥

This wasn’t just strength of muscle — it was strength of heart, spirit, and the powerful energy of his Viking teammates and friends who cheered him on every step of the way. 💜 They believed in him, pushed him, and stood by him as he made the impossible possible.
