Dear Parents, Due to COVID- 19 the water main valve repair has been delayed. We are considering opening the week of spring break (March 30th - April 3rd). We would like to ask you to take this survey so we have an idea of how many of our families would be interested in our services during this week. If we have enough request for our services we will open, if we do not then we would close during this week. If you could please take a moment to complete this survey, we would greatly appreciate it. If we could also ask for definite need verses maybe's to help us make our decision and to staff accordingly. If we are open add on's will not be a problem. During this week, there will be no program, only all daycare available. We are asking if you could please complete by March 24, 2020. We are holding strong through this crisis! Our students will be taking home breakfast and lunch for the weekend. Remember even if you child is not attending, they are distributing it at the front of the Swan Valley High School if you are in need of food.

I would like to take a moment to thank our SVLC Team for their hard work, dedication,and sacrifice during this difficult time we are all experiencing across the nation. We as a team realize the struggle and sacrifice many people in all fields of employment are experiencing by putting themselves at risk to assist in a time of need. Dear Preschool Parents, We have decided to reschedule spring pictures considering the circumstances. The children's picture days will not be this week. The reschedule dates are May 28th for 3 year old's and May 29th for 4 year old's. Thank you for your understanding, SVLC

Dear Parents, Reminder: School of choice applications are still open if you are in need. school of choice, last day to enter is March 13th, 2020. If you are in need of a form please contact us. Just another friendly reminder spring picture day is coming up. The 4 year old's will be taking theirs on March 20th, 2020. The 3 year old's will be taking theirs on March 19th, 2020. Dear Parents, We were notified that there will be a water main valve repair that must be replaced. The water will be shut off at the high school on Monday March 30th, 2020..There is a good chance this will necessitate a 3 day shut down with a boiled water advisory before all is cleared. Since we are scheduled to be closed on Friday April 3, 2020, we have decided it would be best to close for the whole week to allow for all repairs and any unforeseen complications as this might not be as simple as a replacement.This is truly out of our control. We are notifying you as far in advance as possible so those of you who signed up for Spring Break reservation can find alternate care during this time.I again, apologize and if you have any concerns or questions please feel free to contact us. Dear Parents,  Just a friendly reminder that spring picture day is coming up on March 19th for the 3 year olds. Typically pictures are taken during class times. The 4 year old's picture day is March 20th during class time as well. Pictures run from 9am to 1:30 pm on these days. If you have any questions please feel free to contact your child's teacher or call the front desk. Thank you.

Dear Preschool Parents, ATTENTION: There will be no hot lunch available on March 5th or 6th due to the high schoolers having half days for exams. Please be aware that you will need to pack a cold lunch for your child on these two days, as well as a afternoon snack. Thank you!

Reminder Parents, Young 5's and Kindergarten Round Up is this Thurs March 5th at Shields Elementary. Also this Wed, March 4th is the 4 year Old Get up and grow with the children's museum. Also Thurs, March 5th is the 3 year old children's museum. The Children's Museum is $2 please pay before these days, thank you!!

Dear Parents, Due to Winter advisory conditions, the Swan Valley School District will be closed on Thursday , February 27, 2020. The Swan Valley Learning Center will delay and open at 8:00am. There is no preschool program, however all day care is available to any enrolled family in our program. Please remember there will be no hot lunches available. Pack your child a cold pack lunch/drink along with an afternoon snack/drink. Don’t forget water bottles and full set of extra clothing. Note: Snow days are open days.  Whether you are scheduled or not, snow days are available for everyone enrolled in our program to attend. You will only be charged if your child attends on a snow day.  If your child does not attend on a snow day but was originally scheduled, you will be credited for the snow day on your next months billing invoice.
