Please send your child with the following items each day:

(Please label all items sent to school with your child’s first name and last initial)

• Full set of clothing (shirt, pants, underwear, socks and shoes). Please keep in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name on it. This will be kept in your child’s backpack.

• Tennis shoes must be sent daily. Please keep in their backpack if not worn.

• Water bottle (These will be sent home daily to be cleaned.)

ALL Day Care Program Families Only:

ALL Day Care Program only – Bring travel size pillows and Blankets All sleep items must be in a sealed closed bag. (No full size pillows and Blankets)

 4 year children only:

1 child size t-shirt with your child’s name on the tag (This is only required for 4 year old children)

4 year old only – Please complete Graduation Cap & Gown size form, payment for cap and gown is covered in your preschool tuition.

Elmer’s Glue sticks (pack of 6)

Elmer’s Glue bottles (2 Bottles)         

2 Packs Colored Dry erase markers

Kleenex tissues (4 boxes)

Crayola Crayons 24 count (2 boxes)

Crayola Washable Markers (3 packs)

Crayola Colored Pencils 24 count (2 packs)
